The local high schools have put together this display of many different media produced by the teens and their teachers. Exploration of different art media and seeking new ways to combine them inspired this visual arts exhibit. Their work ranges from sculpture to painting. This free exhibit will be in the gallery and open to the public beginning April 14th and will be on display through May 8th. Also on display will be large “assemblage art” pieces created by students during instruction this year from Maryland artist Tara Holl. In addition to the work of these young artists, examples of work by Tara will be on display. This will be a very unique exhibit you won’t want to miss! A reception to meet these young artists and their teachers will be announced in the near future.
