Join us this year on Cole’s Point Beach at Lake Moomaw on August 1st, 2020 for the Lake Moomaw One Mile Open Water Swim!! Lake Moomaw is considered one of the most scenic mountain lakes in the state! We partner with Virginia Masters Swimming to bring you a top notch and memorable event!
The Swim starts from Cole’s Point Beach and follows a marked course to just before Gathright Dam where a turnaround point will be marked and loops back to the beach for the finish.
Several water rescue teams will be on the water ensuring the safety of our participants as well as ems on site.
We hope to see you in the Alleghany Highlands with us on August 1st!!
