The Pink Tie Gala
February 29, 2020, 7-11 pm
The Historic Masonic Theatre
Tickets: $50; Box Seats: $60
The Pink Tie Gala is a spectacular night full of food, drink, music, and inspiration!
Dust off your bow ties and heels and join us for the Fourth Annual Pink Tie Gala at the Historic Masonic Theater in Clifton Forge, Virginia!
Doors open at 6:30!
Grab a drink, strike a pose in front of our Pink Tie backdrop and meet us in the theatre for the program. Our keynote speaker is Kansas City native, Tim Grimes. Tim went in for a routine mole removal in 2014 at the age of 30. His entire world changed when he received a diagnosis of stage IV melanoma. You do not want to miss Tim’s story of how cancer changed his life.
Your seat ticket gets you into the entire event, including the Gala opening program in the John E. Hillert auditorium, hors-d’oeuvres, a cash bar, and music with DJ Gavin in the Westrock ballroom on the third floor AND live music in the Thomas P. Dean/Racey and Dean Inc. Underground Lounge! Join us as we honor cancer survivors and fighters and remember those we have lost.
This evening is also is a time to raise money to help fight this disease and make life a little easier for those who are battling. We are excited to launch our own non-profit this year, Giving Light to Our Warriors, or GLOW. GLOW assists local cancer fighters with individualized gifts of love. In addition to GLOW, a portion of this year’s proceeds will go to Susan G. Komen Virginia Blue Ridge. Over the last three years, Pink Tie Gala has donated over $33,000 to Komen.
