The Alleghany Highlands Chamber of Commerce and Tourism hosts activities all year long and promotes local and regional events that benefit the businesses and citizens of the region. To submit an event, either click on the link or please contact the chamber office at 540-962-2178.

The Alleghany Highlands Chamber of Commerce and Tourism hosts and co-sponsors a wide variety of events throughout the year, including networking opportunities, educational events and ribbon cuttings. The Chamber also supports major festivals, concerts and sporting events designed to enhance the quality of life in the region and attract visitors.

Woodturning- the craft of using the wood lathe with hand-held tools to cut shapes in the wood creating beautiful art pieces.  The woodturner uses their tools somewhat like the potter's wheel, generating a variety of forms.   This exhibit will feature such pieces by West Virginia Woodturners Association and local woodturners.
