The Alleghany Highlands Chamber of Commerce and Tourism hosts and co-sponsors a wide variety of events throughout the year, including networking opportunities, educational events and ribbon cuttings. Woodturning- the craft of using the wood lathe with hand-held tools to cut shapes in the wood creating beautiful art pieces.
