Carilion Children’s is holding a Teddy Bear Clinic in Lexington on Sept. 26!
Children can bring their favorite stuffed animal to the clinic for a checkup! Certified child life specialists will engage children in hands-on learning about the body and medical environment.
This is a great opportunity to help children become familiar with the medical equipment they may see when visiting the doctor. This event is recommended for children ages 3 – 10.
