Entries can be dropped off at the Chamber office located at 110 Mall Rd. in Covington.

Annual Newcomer's Event

The Alleghany Highlands Chamber of Commerce & Tourism

invites you to join us as we welcome new residents & educators to the community on Tuesday, October 17th at the beautiful WestWinds Venue located at 4905 Indian Draft Rd. Covington, VA 24426.

Schedule of events:

Hay Rides: 5:00 - 6:30

Social Hour: 5:30 - 6:30

Dinner: 6:30 - 7:30

Campfire & S’mores: 7:30

$35 per person/$15 for children

As a new educator or newcomer to the area, you are invited to be our guest at no cost. Feel free to bring a guest as well; however, we do need to know how many will be attending.

Please RSVP to 962-2178 or to by October 6th.

The window of popular round voting has just opened and closes Oct. 6th, and you can vote every day.

Popular Round Voting Rules:

• You can vote for a total of 5 products per day, per device.

o Ex: You can cast 5 votes from your laptop and vote for the same 5 products from your phone.

• Voting closes at midnight on 10/6/2023.

• The top 3 products in each category will move on to the next round.

• Vote totals will be reset at the end of the popular round and will not carry over into the “Top 3 in Each Category” Round
