Coming to the Gallery March 2nd thru April 2nd: "Intimate Narratives" an exhibit by Elaine Fleck where she merges her passion with textiles and painting.  This free exhibit can be visited in the Gallery  Tuesdays thru Saturdays from 10 am to 4:30 pm.

A collagraph is a print made from a collage. Small pieces of paper, string, buttons, or other small and textured items about the thickness of a nickel or quarter are glued to a rigid substrate (such as mat board) in an interesting arrangement of textures and sizes. These are then sealed with a coat of varnish and allowed to dry. Once dry, the “plate” can be inked and run through a printing press, allowing the printmaking paper to sink into…
