Pam Hirt’s Barn Quilt Painting Class
Join Pam Hirt on April 26 for a three day barn quilt painting class. Staring Friday, April 26th from 5pm to 9pm, you will create a design of your choice on 2×2 board with outdoor paint. You will come back on Saturday, April 27th from 1-5pm and on Sunday, April 28th from 1-5pm to finish your painting. The instructor will supply a board and black and white paints. Students are expected to bring: Paint, 1″ angled brushes, and painters tape. There are ten tickets available, priced at $100 each. You must be 16 or older to attend. Pam is an artist with varied interests. Based on her interest of counted cross stitch, she likes to chart her design on grid paper, and go from there. She has taught several classes in barn quilt painting at AHACC, including the popular snowman quilt, “Company’s Coming.”
