Alleghany County Parks and Recreation along with Alleghany Outdoors is excited to announce our kickoff to summer with our Second annual Alleghany County River and Trail Day 2025.
Location: This event will be held at Intervale Park and Alleghany Outdoors located at 1903 Dressler Drive Covington VA 24426.
Time: This event will run from 11:00 A.M-4:00 P.M.
This event is set to be a family fun day on the river and trail to enjoy all that Intervale park and Alleghany Outdoors has to offer.
– There will also be a waterslide,
– obstacle course, and
– Rock wall provided by Daves Moon Walks out of Roanoke VA
– The YMCA of the Alleghany Highlands will be doing yoga by the river.
– Hangry Bulldog and Utterly Smooth Food Truck will be onsite to provide all your food needs!
– The best part of it all will be our on-site FREE lazy river tubing!
