Paint a barn quilt at the Alleghany Highlands Arts & Crafts Center on June 24th from 10am-4pm!
Students (16+ years old) will create a barn quilt on a 2′ X 2′ board with a design of their choice. Pam will provide a board, along with black and white paints. Students will need to bring paint colors and a pattern. Sample exterior semi-gloss or matte paints can be purchased from Ace Hardware, Home Depot, Sherwin Williams, etc.. Also needed are 1″ angled brushes, painters tape (yellow) and your pattern design. The cost of the class is $110 and you will need to register by June 20th.
