The Clifton Forge Public Library cordially invites the public to attend the program, “The Five W’s of Your Will, POA, and AMD,” presented by Sarah A. Bidwell, Esq. The program will be held on Monday, April 24, in the library’s Michael Armstrong Community Room and will begin at 6:00 p.m.
Ms. Bidwell will cover the following topics: Who needs a Will, Power of Attorney (POA), and Advanced Medical Directive (AMD)? What are the differences between types of estate planning documents? Where are my documents valid? When does each document come into effect? Why does estate planning matter?
A question-and-answer session along with a “how to” section will conclude the program.
Ms. Bidwell is the owner of Wills on Wheels, PLLC, which is a mobile estate planning firm whose mission, she says, “is to provide convenient estate planning services in homes and businesses across Virginia.”
Sarah works with clients to create Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advanced Medical Directives, Deeds, Funeral Directives, and Trusts, ensuring peace of mind through planning and preparation.
Sarah’s passion for helping clients meet their legal needs stems from her previous work in domestic relations and civil litigation.
Following the program, light refreshments will be provided.
Admission is free.
The Clifton Forge Public Library is located at 535 Church Street.
