The Friends of the Clifton Forge Public Library will hold a sale focusing on select books and media. The featured items will be various Christmas books including holiday cookbooks, Children’s books, Romance novels, DVDs, and CDs. All genres will include Christmas titles.
The sale will be held on Friday, October 6, from 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., and on Saturday, October 7, from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
Members of the Friends of the Clifton Forge Public Library may shop during the Pre-Sale on Thursday, October 5, from 3:00 until 7:00 p.m. Members receive a ten percent discount. If you are not a member, you are welcome to join when you come to the sale; however, you may join the Friends of the Library at any time throughout the year.
The sale will be held in the library’s Michael Armstrong Community Room.
While the library will be closed for business for Columbus Day, the foyer and the Armstrong Room will be open for the book and media sale. Enter through the parking lot side of the building.
Funds raised from the book sales are used to purchase new library materials and to support library programs.
The Clifton Forge Public Library is located at 535 Church Street.
