Do you have a passion for nature, environmental education, and wish to make a difference? Then join us for our Friends of Douthat State Park meeting. Our friends group, also known as Douthat S.P.E.E.D Group, is a non-profit organization whose mission is to raise money and complete volunteer projects to support the park. The acronym S.P.E.E.D stands for State Park Environmental Education. We are actively recruiting new members to join our Friends Group, so anyone is welcome to attend the meeting. Please meet at the Beach Complex.
