“Rails of Memory in Alleghany”

In partnership with the C & O Historical Society, the Alleghany Highlands Arts and Crafts Center will feature local artwork and historical memorabilia of the C & O in Alleghany.  This unique & interesting exhibit is free of charge and will be open to the public beginning Jan 21st through Feb 27th.
