Children ages 6-12 may participate in STEAM, the Alleghany Highlands Regional Library’s monthly program for events in science, technology, engineering, art, and math. Two sessions will be held on Tuesday, October 8th, at 2 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. This month’s session will be designing spider webs. • ahrlib.org
