Valentines for Vets–Alleghany Highlands Regional Library

Nancy Newhard, in conjunction with the Alleghany Highlands Arts and Crafts Center, returns for another session to help participants create Valentines that will be delivered to veterans. All materials will be provided. This session is open to people of all ages, and no registration is required.
